Kitchen is inside the restaurant, and our chefs Giorgio and Arcangelo prepare
meals in front of the guests.

A rich buffet offers side dishes and salads, fruit and dessert. Our restaurant
is opened for breakfast from 07.30 to 09.30, for lunch from 12 to 13:30 and
for dinner from 19 to 20:30

The Front cooking is one of the prerogative of hotel Smeraldo improvement policy.

We think that a good cooking and restaurant atmosphere are very important for the guest satisfaction (a real relax time during the holiday).
